Join Us on June 9th for a FULL day of fitness and wellness fun as we continue the celebration of Reading Hospital's 150th Anniversary.150 Challenge - Community Run & Fitness Festival
Take part in this fun filled day as an individual or team. The event will use a 5K loop that will start and finish in front of the iconic Clock Tower at Reading Hospital and wind through the beautiful Wyomissing and West Reading park system.
Ways to participate:
- Individual (Challenge yourself and run the entire 150K-93 miles.)
- Groups (Gather friends, family, co-workers and participate as a team for a collective time and miles.)
- 3-Person Ultra Relay Team
- 10-Person Competitive Relay Team
- 30-Person Recreational Relay Team
The gun goes off at 6 a.m. and individuals and teams have 15 hours to complete the event. For teams of 3 and 10, you get to decide how you want to break up the relay - equal legs or you can have runners do more/less. The timing chip must go around the loop 30 times with each member running at least one lap.
Awards will be given to the top individuals, 3-Person Ultra Relay Team, and 10-Person Competitive relay team. Relay teams may compete as an all female, all male, or mixed gender group.
There will be other activities throughout the day to make for a fun and festive atmosphere for family and friends who are not taking part in the 150K challenge.
